- Buyers pay for shipping, a 3% credit card fee and a 3% SENDY charge.
- When you buy gear with SENDY, your money is secure in a holding account until you receive the item and confirm the order.
- Once you receive the item, you have 48hrs to inspect the item to make sure that it matches the photos and description.
- If the item doesn’t match the photos and description, you can file for a return within the 48hr window.
- Items are shipped with UPS labels and tracked within the SENDY dashboard.
