STEP 1
Find an item

- Easily browse items for rent using the map view or grid view.
- Select the dates for which you are looking for an item to determine the availability of an item.
- When the owner of the item confirms the rental, you will be directed to a chat where you can decide upon a pick-up location.
- A QR code will be automatically generated when the owner has accepted the rental request.
- When you arrive to pick up the item the owner scans your QR code and you will be prompted to take photos of the item to confirm its current condition.
STEP 2
End the rent
- When you are done renting the item and return it. You will again take photos to confirm the condition. If there are no issues with the item, the deposit will be refunded.
- If the item has been damaged, the owner will submit a request including photo verification to the team at SENDY and the case will be reviewed.
- Deposits will be withheld appropriately to cover costs of damages.
- Both renter and owner will be able to leave reviews on their experience.
